About the sample
It is sample data
YourApp, its customers, and its 28 mails are made up. Your browser does all of it.
Search covers the delivery record
Sender, recipient, subject, state, and date, with some of the console’s operators. It doesn’t search inside message bodies.
Delivered means a delivery event said so
Accepted means a provider took the mail. Delivered means that provider’s delivery event confirmed the recipient’s mail server received it. Whether a mail reaches the inbox still depends on your sender domain and your provider.
Content is kept for the plan’s window
1 year on Business, the sample’s plan. After that the content is deleted, and the delivery record stays for the life of the account. Content in a monthly archive can stay up to about a month longer (retention).
Share links and certificates depend on the plan
Unlimited share links on Pro and up; Free has 1 limited share link a month. Proof-of-delivery certificates are on Business and up (share links and certificates).
Support and legal don’t need a developer
A member seat lets them search the projects you give them, the way you just did. Next: see the demo or join the waitlist.
