- Free — a developer’s single product: one project, one sender domain, 30-day retention. Everything you need to see Mailway work.
- Pro — a production app: failover across providers, resend & replay, share links, scheduling, manual suppressions.
- Team — a team running several products: more of everything plus the rules engine and cost analytics.
- Business — compliance-grade operations: approve/reject review, the team audit log, proof-of-delivery certificates, 1-year retention.
- Enterprise — custom everything, unlimited retention.

Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”Add-ons extend a plan without forcing a tier jump. They apply team-wide from the moment they’re active and are managed from the console’s Billing page.
Monthly volume
Section titled “Monthly volume”A ladder of throughput boosts on top of your plan’s monthly allowance: +2.5 GB, +5 GB, +10 GB (Pro and up), +25 GB (Team and up), +50 GB and +100 GB (Business and up). You hold one rung at a time — picking a different rung swaps it, prorated.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”+1 year, +3 years, +7 years, or unlimited — these stack on top of your plan’s baseline, so a Pro team with +7 years keeps content for 7 years and 90 days. Built for compliance horizons; see Data retention for what the window governs.
Capacity & service
